Shorter stays are available at the following additional monthly rates: - One month: add $600 per month - Two months: add $400 per month - Three months: add $200 per month - Four or five months: add $100 per month A seasonal rebate of $200 per month is offered from November 1 through February 28. A $175 cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit are required. Credit cards are accepted.
